Future.dev Blueprint Terms

These Blueprint Terms apply when you ("you," "Prospect") request a free product roadmap from Future.dev, book an introductory call, or review wireframes, before signing any Order Form. By submitting your materials or booking a call, you agree to these terms.

1. What's Free — and What It Is

1.1 If you share information about your project (your "Submissions"), Future.dev will use AI-assisted tools to draft a product vision, roadmap, build plan, and go-to-market strategy for you (your "Blueprint"). The Blueprint is free and yours to keep: VPV Group, LLC, doing business as Future.dev ("Future.dev") assigns to you all rights in the Blueprint document delivered to you. Future.dev retains all rights in its underlying methods, templates, prompts, software, and know-how used to create it.

1.2 Not a trial. No charge. No obligation. The Blueprint is not a free trial of any paid service. Booking a call is free — no card, no charge, no no-show fee. Nothing is billed unless and until you sign an Order Form and execute a payment authorization. Neither you nor Future.dev is obligated to enter any engagement.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Blueprint is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence from the Submissions you provide. It consists of estimates and illustrative planning content. Future.dev MAKES NO WARRANTY AS TO THE BLUEPRINT'S ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, FEASIBILITY, TIMELINES, COSTS, OR MARKET OUTCOMES, AND THE BLUEPRINT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, TAX, OR REGULATORY-COMPLIANCE ADVICE; NOTHING IN A BLUEPRINT OR WIREFRAME RENDERS ANY PRODUCT COMPLIANT WITH SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, GDPR, OR ANY OTHER FRAMEWORK. If you build from the Blueprint yourself or with others, you do so at your own risk and judgment.

3. Your Submissions; Confidentiality

3.1 License. You grant Future.dev a non-exclusive license to use your Submissions solely to (a) generate your Blueprint and wireframes, (b) evaluate a potential engagement, and (c) operate and improve the Future.dev service in de-identified, aggregated form. Future.dev will not use your Submissions to train generalized AI models without your separate opt-in consent. You represent you have the right to share the Submissions.

3.2 Mutual confidentiality. Future.dev will hold your non-public Submissions in confidence, use them only for the purposes above, and share them only with personnel, contractors, and service providers under comparable duties. You will hold in confidence any non-public Future.dev information shared with you (including pricing proposals and the wireframes under Section 5). Standard exclusions apply (public information; independently known or developed; rightfully received from third parties; disclosures compelled by law with prompt notice).

4. Calls; Recording

Introductory and discovery calls may be recorded and transcribed to prepare your Blueprint and proposal. You will be notified at the start of any recorded call, and by continuing you consent to the recording. If you do not consent, say so and the call will proceed unrecorded or be rescheduled. Recordings are treated as Submissions under Section 3.

5. Wireframes

If you book and attend a call, Future.dev may prepare interactive wireframes for your project. Until you sign an Order Form, wireframes remain the sole property of Future.dev; you receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view and comment on them for evaluation only — not to copy, implement, or share them. Upon engagement formation (an executed Order Form or Platform-accepted engagement per the Service Contract Terms) and first payment, rights in the wireframes transfer per the Service Contract's IP terms.

6. No Exclusivity

Future.dev and Future.dev developers serve many clients, including businesses that may compete with yours. These Blueprint Terms create no exclusivity, no conflict-of-interest duty, and no obligation to proceed, for either party.

7. Privacy

Personal information in your Submissions is handled per the Future.dev Privacy Policy (future.dev/legal/privacy).

8. General

These Blueprint Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes are resolved per the arbitration provision of the Client Platform Terms (AAA, single arbitrator, Nashville, Tennessee, individual basis, small-claims and injunctive-relief carve-outs), which is incorporated by reference. Future.dev's aggregate liability relating to the Blueprint, calls, or wireframes is capped at $100, reflecting that these are free services. These terms are the entire agreement regarding pre-engagement activities and are superseded by any signed Order Form as to the engagement it covers.
