Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how VPV Group, LLC, doing business as Future.dev and Meet Dream, ("VPV Group," "we"), 2506 Bransford Ave, Ste 6, Nashville, TN 37204, handles personal information across our brands and properties, including future.dev and meetdream.com (the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

• You provide: account and contact details (name, email, company, address); payment and payout details (processed by our payment processor — we do not store full card or bank numbers); subscription and order details; contractor application information (skills, credentials, work history, tax forms, and — with separate FCRA consent — background-check information); project materials, roadmap submissions, and files; call recordings and transcripts (with notice/consent); communications and reviews.
• Collected automatically: device and log data (IP address, browser, pages viewed, timestamps), approximate location from IP, and cookie/analytics data (Section 8).
• From third parties: payment processors (transaction status), identity/vetting providers, background-check agencies (with your FCRA authorization), analytics and advertising partners, and single-sign-on providers you choose.

2. How We Use Information

To provide and operate the Services; create and manage accounts; generate AI-assisted deliverables (roadmaps, plans, scores, coaching outputs) from the materials you submit; match clients and developers and facilitate engagements; process payments and payouts and prevent fraud; vet developers; provide support; send transactional notices and — with opt-out — marketing; analyze and improve the Services (using de-identified or aggregated data where feasible); enforce agreements; and comply with law. We do not use your private submissions to train generalized AI models without your opt-in consent.

3. How We Share Information

With: service providers (hosting, payment processing, analytics, communications, AI model providers processing your submissions to generate your deliverables) under contractual confidentiality and use limits; counterparties on the Future.dev platform (clients and developers see each other's profiles and engagement information as needed to transact); background-check agencies (with your authorization); professional advisors; authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety; and successors in a merger, financing, or asset sale (with notice where required). We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics/advertising cookie disclosures may constitute "sharing"/targeted advertising under state laws — you may opt out per Section 7.

4. Retention

We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above, including the life of your account plus periods required for legal, tax, contract-enforcement (e.g., signed agreements and consent records), and dispute purposes, then delete or de-identify it.

5. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the data's sensitivity, including encryption in transit, access controls, and processor-level payment security. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to hi@future.dev.

6. Your Choices

Marketing emails include unsubscribe links. You may access, update, or delete account information in settings or by request. Call recording can be declined at the start of a call. AI-training use of your private submissions is opt-in only.

7. State Privacy Rights (US)

Depending on your state (e.g., California, Tennessee, Colorado, Virginia, Texas, and others), you may have the rights to: know/access the personal information we hold; correct inaccuracies; delete personal information; portability; and opt out of targeted advertising, "sale"/"sharing," and profiling with significant effects. We do not discriminate for exercising rights. Submit requests to hi@future.dev or hi@meetdream.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject, or by mail to the address above; we will verify your identity and respond within the legally required period. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority. California: we do not sell personal information for money and have not done so in the preceding 12 months; categories collected, purposes, and recipients are described in Sections 1–3; you may designate an authorized agent; "Shine the Light" requests may be sent to the same address. Opt out of cookie-based sharing/targeted ads: use the "Cookie Preferences" / "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the Site footer; we honor Global Privacy Control signals where required.

8. Cookies

We use: essential cookies (authentication, security, load balancing — always on); analytics cookies (usage measurement); and advertising/retargeting cookies (to show relevant ads for our own products on other platforms). Manage preferences via the footer "Cookie Preferences" tool or your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may break Site functions. Third-party cookies are governed by those parties' policies.

9. Children

The Services are for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or under the applicable age of consent); if you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International Users

The Services are operated from the United States, and information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Services from other regions, you consent to transfer to and processing in the United States. 11. Changes

We will post updates with a new version date and, for material changes, provide notice (email or in-product). Continued use after the effective date is acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
